John helped me purchase a condo where the seller was rather difficult. He had the patience and persistence necessary to make this happen even when I wanted to give up. John is very knowledgeable in his field, walked me through the process step-by-step in simple and thorough terms which is particularly reassuring to a first-time homebuyer as myself. Not only was he happy to answer all kinds of questions but he was very responsive to all my inquiries, getting back to me within an hour or so. I cannot think of another real estate agent providing me a better service than John did and I will happily work with him again in the future.
